The project started as a challenge, to provide a true pop-up restaurant for Hashida Sushi. The idea came from Kenjiro Hashida, to bring his Sushi to the great parts of the world, not just the Chef, nor the ingredients, but also the restaurant. Imagine eating sushi in the middle of a dessert, but in the comfort of a true Japanese omakase sushi restaurant. Working together with the people from PT. Kula Utama Loka Agra (Kula), an Indonesian company who is on their way launching several restaurants in Indonesia, what started as a vision, now becomes a reality.
